Each gite benefits from private parking for one car on the property, exclusive use of a south-facing outside terrace with pergola, table, chairs and BBQ, central heating, a working fireplace, hifi with ipod dock, DVD and video players, a selection of books, DVDs, videos and games, English freeview television and radio, and French television. Each gite has been fitted with a smoke alarm.

Les Lavandes (4-6 people)
A tastefully renovated stone cottage sleeping 4-6 people in a mezzanine double bedroom, a smaller twin room and a double sofabed in the living room.

Enter via the courtyard and private covered terrace into a well-equipped kitchen with a kettle, toaster, coffee percolator, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, oven and hob.

Access the ground floor shower room and large living room via the kitchen. The living room has an impressive fireplace with Godin wood burner and beamed ceilings as well as comfortable seating and a dining table. A corner staircase leads to the upstairs bedrooms which also have beamed ceilings. Access to the smaller twin bedroom is via the double bedroom.

The private south-facing outside terrace is well equipped with a pergola, BBQ, a wooden table and chairs.

In addition to the above this gite has a conservatory, gas central heating, a wood-burning stove and access to a communal washing machine.

La Provençal (4-6 people)
This open-plan gite is mainly on one level with a few steps down into the stone bedroom. It sleeps 4-6 people in a large stone walled twin room (beds can be joined together to form a queen-size - please advise needs at time of booking) and a double room with amazing views across the valley and surrounding hills. There is a double sofabed in the large living/dining room.

Enter via the courtyard into the large, comfortable living/dining room with well-equipped open-plan fitted kitchen (washering machine, kettle, toaster, oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and expresso coffee machine), dining table and fireplace with insert. There is dining seating for six.

Access the shower room and bedrooms via the living room.

Enjoy amazing views across the valley and surrounding hills from the windows.

You reach the private south-facing terrace via a side door from the living room. The terrace benefits from a new pergola.

In addition to the above this gite has new electric radiators for heating, a fireplace with woodburner, a selection of books, boardgames, DVDs and videos, and a games console with a selection of games and portable TV.

Additional information
An 11x5m saltwater swimming pool with roman steps and sun terrace with views across the valley and hills is open from May to end September weather depending. Poolside sun loungers, tables, chairs, parasols and a solar shower are provided for your comfort.

A table tennis table is available to guests on the pool terrace.

The fenced and alarmed pool complies with french law.

A selection of videos, books and DVDs are available from the owners if required.

For your comfort, charges include bedding, t-towels, hairdryers, an iron and ironing board, dustpan and brush, a broom and communal vacuum cleaner. Towels (bath and pool) are also included.

If you do not wish to clean the gite before departure, an 'end-of-stay' clean is available at 40euro.

A cot, baby bath and highchair together with a mattress protector and fitted sheet are available on request free-of-charge. We recommend that they be reserved at the time of booking as there is only one.

Bike hire (including helmets) is available and, as numbers are limited, we recommend that you reserve the bikes you need at the time of booking. Bikes may be hired by the day at 12euro or by week at 45euro. A bike childseat is available at 10euro per day.

For bookings between 1st November and 31st March we provide an initial supply of firewood. Prices for these dates include heating, electricity, water and all linen and towels. Prices outside these dates do not include heating and a weekly charge of 50euros or 10euros per night (if less than a week) will be applied if the heating is used.

A warm family welcome awaits you. Shopping can be organised for your arrival and the owners can help with restaurant recommendations and bookings.

Each gite contains a folder full of useful information, such as the location of the nearest tourist office, contact details for local taxi firms, doctors, restaurants etc, local things to see and do as well as information on the gite itself.

Great care has been taken to balance maintaining the old, traditional buildings with providing modern comforts. Each property should provide you with everything you need for your perfect holiday. A feedback book is provided for your comments.
