Who Are we?

we are

Virginia, Paul and Maddy, their two elusive cats and two friendly dogs are waiting to welcome you to their home in south west France. 

Here we are spoilt with scenery, activities, food and wine, and the many day trips we can do from our home in the Lot. In between the Atlantic and the Mediterranean we have enjoyed days out and weekends at Bordeaux, Arcachon with its lovely seafood and relaxing days on the beach at Gruissan and Leucate. So come and visit and you will not be disappointed.

Barcelona is an easy drive for the weekend with a lunch stop-off at little-known Collioure.

OUR GITE RENTALS

Two 2 bedroomed gite rentals with a saltwater pool and children’s play area in 2.5 acre hilltop gardens about 10 mins from Cahors in the beautiful Lot area of south west France.

Friendly dogs welcome * excl category 1 & 2 dogs

We recognise the difficulties with increasing limits on flight luggage allowances so all bedding, towels and pool towels 
(from last Saturday in May) are provided.

We have rented many gites ourselves and work hard to provide all that we enjoyed as visitors ourselves such as fresh cotton sheets, a clean pool and everything you could possible need for a comfortable stay.

Perfect destination What can I say! Well it's my families second time here, stayed in the same gite (which I love...best beds ever)! Family of 4, 2 young kiddies! This place is beautiful. The hosts are fabulous! They tell you places to visit and things you can do! I'd say they are now friends! Great for families, although it's so beautiful I'd like to go again without the kids! Un cadre merveilleux Nous avons séjourné pendant une semaine au mois d’août 2017 dans ce gîte et nous avons passé une superbe semaine. Le gite est à une grosse demi heure des principales activités (grottes, St Circq, canoë). Le gite, situé sur les hauteurs de la vallée du Lot, permet de belles ballades dans la nature. La vue sur le couché de soleil depuis la piscine est à coupé le souffle! Au niveau équipement, il n'y a rien à redire, il ne nous a rien manqué pendant notre séjour. Le gite était propre, simple et parfaitement adapté pour une famille avec deux enfants. A extérieur, la piscine est vraiment bien. Il y a également des jeux pour les enfants, dont un trampoline, des tables de pique-nique (en plus de la table extérieure sous pergola, pour chacun des deux gîtes) La propriétaire est particulièrement sympathique et accueillante. A la fois présente si nous avions une question et discrète le reste du temps. Sam, le beagle du gite est très gentil. Nos enfants l'ont adoré! Pour conclure, un excellent séjour, dans un gite très agréable, le tout dans une très belle région. A RECOMMANDER SANS HESITER

la campagna francese nella quiete autunnale Una piccola frazione agricola immersa nella quiete della natura. Silenzio assoluto. Tre villette unifamiliari che non si disturbano a vicenda. Mio marito ed io ci siamo trovati immersi di colpo in questa realtà, non lontana da Cahors , ma del tutto riparata dal traffico e dalla confusione della città. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto, letti comodi, doccia caldissima. Il punto di forza è una magnifica veranda nella quale si può leggere e riposare immersi nella luce del tramonto.La proprietaria, sig.ra Virginia, ci ha accolto con estrema gentilezza e discrezione.
