On the ground floor, is a sunroom with sofa, small dining table and wicker chairs – ideal to use the foc wifi, a separate, fitted kitchen (oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee percolator, Dolce Gusto capsule machine, blender, washing machine, iron and ironing board), a fully tiled shower room (tiled shower, wash basin, storage and toilet) and a living room with dining area and wood-burner.

Outside you have exclusive use of a south-facing terrace with pergola, BBQ and table and chairs.
